About Carr Golf Maintenance

We’re a company built by the first family of Irish golf. Our mission? Happy golfers playing best-in-class golf courses in thriving golf clubs.

Golf is in our DNA

It all starts with Joe Carr. Our founder, one of the most decorated amateurs in history, was the first Irishman to play in the Masters and enter the World Golf Hall of Fame.

His unprecedented achievements inspired the next generation to continue the Carr legacy.

One Group. All Things Golf

Joe’s sons, Marty and John, entered the family business in 1989. Ever since, the award-winning Carr Golf Travel has been taking guests on luxury golfing adventures to Ireland, Scotland, England, Australia, and New Zealand.

In 2010, we expanded beyond travel to help clubs grow and succeed. Today, Carr Golf Group’s Commercial Services team expertly manages six premier venues across Ireland. That same unwavering commitment to excellence will empower your greenkeepers to reach new heights.

Never-Ending Golf Course Improvements

With Carr Golf Maintenance, you benefit from two decades of proven results and 120+ combined years of experience. We are experts in course maintenance, agronomic strategy, data analysis, operational oversight, fleet operations, and asset management.

Our data-driven processes keep your team focused on driving consistent, measurable improvement every month. We have a single purpose: Help you deliver a high-performance course that meets and exceeds golfer expectations for lasting commercial success.

Your dedicated Carr Golf Superintendent leads our collaboration. It’s a partnership built on long-term planning, performance management, custom KPIs, ongoing reporting, and financial control. Expect much more than better playing surfaces from our holistic approach.

Behind the scenes, we transform your maintenance operation into a well-oiled machine. This includes staff training, weekly schedules, machine upkeep, product acquisition, supplier management, on-site reviews, and regulatory compliance. All for one fixed-price monthly invoice.
